On the Toledo District of the Portland and Western (PNWR), 2307 is at Ashahr, OR, near Corvallis, with GP40 PNWR 3004. The train set out all of its cars before proceeding light to Albany, OR on Friday, March 14, 2019.
PNWR 2307 "Independence" is an EMD GP39-2. Reportedly built as ATSF 3606 serial number 74602-7 in 1974. It became ATSF 3106 then PNWR 2307.

AERC 1866 is an EMD SW1200m. Reportedly, it was built in 1953 as Pittsburg & Shawmut (PS) SW9 232. Numbers and reporting marks assigned to this locomotive include AERC 1201, PNWR 1201, WPRR 1201 and PS 1866.
