My current web host (#SiteGround - 3 WordPress sites and light email) is pushing prices through the roof.
Anyone have recommendations for a solid/good #WebHost? I’d call myself a power user but I stop short of actual coding, doing stuff by command line, editing raw PHP, etc.
I’ve moved sites before. Just looking to save some money. #WebHosts
I'd love to install a site from #gitlab but have no idea what #git or #npm are.

I just know I have a #webhost where I can upload files, what am I supposed to do?
Heads up. HFHosting is having a sale all month.

#ImunifyAV on my #cPanel-managed #Linux #VPS thinks that every object file and binary in my ~/.plenv, ~/.cpanm, ~/.rakubrew, and ~/.zef directories is “infected” with “php_malware.id_SMW-HEUR-ELF”.
Seems it assumes most VPS users just have a pile of #PHP or other scripts and static assets, probably #WordPress, and they can’t conceive someone might use their #WebHost for something else or build their own stuff that emits #ELF files.
Speaking of #WebHosting, it's been a while since I've looked to compare host metrics with #WordPress dashboard metrics.
My #WebHost reports one stat for unique visitors this month, but WordPress says I've had about 1/10th of that.
What gives? Is the web host over reporting somehow? Is WordPress missing visitors? Do content/ad blockers create some of this inconsistency?
