A lovely day for a wander on the beach.

A black and white Border Collie on the beach. I managed to get her in focus as she was turning to run away from us. Her eyes are bright and her tongue is sticking out and curled up over her nose.

Eek! My lovely Blackberries!

Behind this new fence used to be a wild area full of brambles and lost footballs. The land up the hill, to the left behind where I was standing, is allotments and this wild patch is being returned to allotments. Yes, "returned" as that's what the plot used to be years ago.

I'm disappointed to lose my free fruit but glad that the land is being returned to a good use. I'm so used to green space being turned over to housing.
