Also spotted today at work, some Torresian Crows (one taking a bath), an Australasian Darter, drying off on a small pontoon, and first thing this morning, a Pacific Black Duck, tucked up and absorbing some sun in the 8ºC morning.

A (dry) Torresian Crow perched in a tree, looking back over its shoulder towards the camera. It has black, shiny feathers, and a white eye, and a steel grey beak.
An Australasian Darter (possibly juvenile male) with wings stretched out drying in the sun. Its shiny dark brown back is towards us, with its long neck in characteristic S shape, facing right.
A Pacific Black Duck on a rock, with blue water behind. It is lit from the left by the morning sun, and has turned its head around towards its back to tuck its bill under one wing to stay warm.
A Torresian Crow on the edge of one of the lakes in the water, having a bath. It ducked under a few times and splashed about a lot, until thoroughly wet. Here its head feathers are all on end, but also sticking together. It looks thoroughly wet.
