I was out at Cherbourg (Qld, Australia, NOT France) today and found some critters.

Some form of quite pretty skink
A Double-barred Finch
A Brown Honeyeater
An Australian Figbird (female)

A handsome skink of some sort. Has some wonderful spots down the side, and a paler, coppery tail.
A Double-barred Finch in a Callistemon tree. The bird is pale in colour with two black bars, one at the neck, one at the base of the chest. The upper bar circles the head, and forms a triangular crown above the beak.
A Brown Honeyeater, which actually has olive wings, but a browny olive.
A female Australian Figbird. She is brown and has a pale striated front.
