It appears that #Phosh (Purism's phone shell UI for GNOME) does not support swiping movements at all (apart from within some apps). It's all about taps. Seems pretty limiting to me, compared to #UbuntuTouch or even Android.
Still a nice overall UI, but no icons on the home screen? Yep, that's GNOME alright. 😉
A Common Faun (Faunis canens) spotted at Windsor Nature Park, Singapore, on 4 August 2020.
It's a common local butterfly, but still nice to see them flitting about in the shady forest floor near the walking paths.

The West Lake and Truc Bach lake area has nice walking paths. One can walk completely around either West Lake or the smaller Truc Bach Lake. There are restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, and coffee shops with outdoor seating. I love walking along the sidewalks in the evening. #photography #hanoi #vietnam

I was on leave today, so I went to Windsor Nature Park, Singapore. Not much seen due to the cloudy weather but the walk ended with this close (and safe) encounter with a Wild Boar (Sus scrofa) that was rooting in the ground near the broadwalk for food.
It also crossed over the broadwalk to take a look at the other side, before turning back and moving off into the forest.

We are still losing lambs. Yesterday I buried one in my wilderness garden and then on the way back to the house I found another seemingly caught under a fallen branch. It seemed just perfect but now I have to dig another grave.
Today is sunny and warm and hopefully the flush of spring growth in the grass will come soon and the losses will end.
