On passe d'un lot de 1 page, qui comprend la table annuel de l'année N avec la page de garde du registre de l'année N+1, puis on a un registre qui comprends 30 pages des N+1 (sans la page de garde du coup), la table annuelle de la table N+1, la page de garder de l'année N+2n et l'année N+2, sans la table annuelle. Il s'avère que mon poste actuel est un CDI mais que je ne suis pas titulaire (et je ne le serai jamais sur ce poste).Question : est-ce que direct dans ma lettre de motiv' j'annonce la couleur en disant que je suis en CDI (donc sous entendu, j'aimerai bien ne pas le perdre et ne pas revenir à un CDD) ou est-ce que je me la ferme et j'essaye de voir à l'entretien si y'a une ouverture pour modifier le poste CDD contractuel en CDI ? Mingusienne ⏚🍉Aujourd'hui je participe (c'est un bien grand mot, j'essaye juste d'écouter sans m'endormir) à un colloque qui est la grande messe annuelle de mon métier (<a href="https://eldritch.cafe/tags/archiviste" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#archiviste</a> en fonction publique d'Etat). Chaque année cela me permet de faire un point sur ma carrière et mon rapport avec mon métier...Et je suis fascinée de ma capacité à tenir aussi longtemps dans ce boulot que je considère comme un job alimentaire, mais avec une conscience professionnelle intacte qui permet de faire illusion sur l'intérêt que je porte à mon taf, juste parce que je bosse bien et que je suis efficace 😞 Le "moi" étudiante qui voulait un boulot passionnant (avec le discours de type idéaliste "quitte à passer plus de 35h à faire une tâche, autant adorer celle-ci " ) ferait des loopings en voyant ce que je suis devenue, professionnellement parlant :blob_cat_oh_no: (même si je suis plutôt contente du cadre de mon job, bien payé et à 80% :blob_cat_peek_owo: )
