Joe Steinbring 📷I visited Chandragiri Hill while I was in Nepal, last year. At the summit of the hill stands a Hindu temple known as Bhaleshwor Mahadev (भालेश्वर महादेव), a sacred place dedicated to Lord Shiva. Shiva, one of the deities in the Hindu trinity known as the Trimurti, is recognized as The Destroyer. When I walked up to the temple, a priest asked if I wanted a blessing.
