Am Sonntag postete die SZ auf Instagram einen Hinweis, dass für die Berichterstattung zur Gewalt in Amsterdam Material von Reuters verwendet worden sei. „Laut der Urheberin des Materials wurde dieses von verschiedenen Medien, so auch uns, in einem falschen Kontext gezeigt“, hieß es dort. Das Video wurde daraufhin gelöscht. Auch auf tagesschau.de ist eine Korrektur zu finden, in der steht: „Wir haben das Video in einem falschen Kontext gezeigt.“Eine Einordnung, was genau die Bilder zeigten und wer nun tatsächlich wen jagte, bleibt man dem Publikum schuldig. Eine Korrektur in der 20-Uhr-Sendung? Fehlanzeige.
