detektor.fm :dfm:<p>Ein YouTube-Video des Mathematik-Kanals Numberphile löst in der Mathe-Community eine große Kontroverse aus. Es geht um eine scheinbar absurde Rechnung: Kann die Summe aller natürlichen Zahlen 1+2+3+4+5+… wirklich minus 1/12 ergeben?</p><p><a href="https://social.detektor.fm/tags/Mathologer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Mathologer</span></a> <a href="https://social.detektor.fm/tags/Minus1" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Minus1</span></a>/12 <a href="https://social.detektor.fm/tags/Numberphile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Numberphile</span></a> <a href="https://social.detektor.fm/tags/UnendlicheSumme" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>UnendlicheSumme</span></a> <a href="https://social.detektor.fm/tags/Youtube" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Youtube</span></a> <a href="https://social.detektor.fm/tags/GeschichtenAusDerMathematik" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GeschichtenAusDerMathematik</span></a> </p><p><a href="https://detektor.fm/wissen/geschichten-aus-der-mathematik-numberphile?utm_campaign=share_on_mastodon&amp;utm_medium=mastodon&amp;utm_source=fediverse" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">detektor.fm/wissen/geschichten</span><span class="invisible">-aus-der-mathematik-numberphile?utm_campaign=share_on_mastodon&amp;utm_medium=mastodon&amp;utm_source=fediverse</span></a></p>

Soh Kam Yung<p>Nice Numberphile video. Soh Kam Yung<p>Lovely. How to mathematically determine whether a certain pattern in this classical number toy is possible when the starting pattern is 1,2,3,...,14,15,&lt;blank&gt;. For example, the one shown 15,14,13,...,3,2,1,&lt;blank&gt; is impossible. Ditto for the classic Sam Loyd one where 14 and 15 are switched.</p><p>Video by Numberphile.</p><p><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YI1WqYKHi78" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">youtube.com/watch?v=YI1WqYKHi7</span><span class="invisible">8</span></a></p><p><a href="https://mstdn.io/tags/Numberphile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Numberphile</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.io/tags/Puzzles" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Puzzles</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.io/tags/Mathematics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Mathematics</span></a></p>
