Dear Canada, Petrostate Alberta has been criminally negligent in securing funds from the petro oligarchs to properly clean up the tar sands. Alberta will foist this bill onto Canada, just like the orphan wells funds that Trudeau foolishly gave to the UCP...who gifted it to their favorite oilman in Calgary.
