Falls sich die Situation so bestätigt, wie sie hier in dem vom #zdf veröffentlichten Video zdf.de/nachrichten/politik/aus zu erkennen ist, dürfte es sich eindeutig um einen völkerrechtswidrigen Übergriff israelischer Truppenteile auf Kräfte des Roten Kreuzes / Roten Halbmonds #redcrossredcrescent handeln. Dabei sind Kameradinnen und Kameraden des Palästinensischen Roten Halbmonds #PRCS ums Leben gekommen, eindeutig gekennzeichnete, vom #DRK zur Verfügung gestellte Einsatzfahrzeuge wurden zerstört.
Die israelische Regierung muss diesen Übergriff nun rasch und vollständig aufklären, die betreffenden Militärpersonen gehören wegen #Kriegsverbrechen und Verstoßes gegen das Humanitäre Völkerrecht #HVR / International Humanitarian Law #IHL vor Gericht gestellt!
Übrigens: die betreffenden Soldaten könnten, falls Israel nicht tätig wird, jederzeit auch in #Deutschland nach unserem #Völkerstrafgesetzbuch vor Gericht gestellt werden.

According to Al Jazeera, late on Friday, the PRCS said the fate of their missing staff members remained unknown for a sixth day as it accused Israeli forces of deliberately obstructing search efforts in Rafah.

“So far, no trace of our team members has been found. Yesterday, we discovered the four ambulance vehicles completely destroyed and buried in the sand,” the organisation said.

Lord Mayor of Sydney Clover Moore has acknowledged the selfless, brave and heroic service of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Gaza, in a statement announcing the 2024 Sydney Peace Prize, awarded to the wider International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

“Working in conditions unknown in modern times, 20 volunteers have been killed, giving their lives while working to provide a lifeline to two million Palestinians.”

al-Amal Hospital raid

Israeli forces have arrested eight staff members of the PRCS at al-Amal Hospital in southern Khan Younis city.

Those arrested include doctors, wounded patients and the companions of patients.

They also stole money and personal belongings.

They confiscated laptops and wireless communication devices (VHF), which are the only means of communication.
