Perlmutter is despised by everyone who works in comics, for good reason. Among other things, he’s cartoonishly stingy and tight fisted, which ironically makes him more like another character Disney owns: Scrooge McDuck.

He’s also one of the Donald’s allies/supporters, so there’s that.
