PaulaToThePeople 😷<p>Okay, here it goes: My <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/3GoodThings" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>3GoodThings</span></a> of 2023.</p><p>1. I started a new <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/therapy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>therapy</span></a> and it's really good. I switched from <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/BehaviouralTherapy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>BehaviouralTherapy</span></a> to <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/PsychoAnalysis" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PsychoAnalysis</span></a>. Behavioural was really good for the accute phase and to stabilize afterwards, but now I think analysis will yield much better results in the long run.<br>And my therapist is really good too. Not only do I get along with her well, but she also seems to be super intelligent and great at remembering stuff. She doesn't even take notes!</p><p>2. This is the big one! I got over the <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/love" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>love</span></a> of my life this summer. After 4 years of being crazy in love and at least 3,5 years of being depressed because of that, I got over her in a month basically. I still love her - I still love all the 5 women I ever fell in love with - but I'm not that crazy anymore. For a while I thought I even got over my <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/depression" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>depression</span></a>, but I guess that will be one of the 3 good things for a coming year.</p><p>3. My <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/dog" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>dog</span></a> started cuddling with me a while ago. I got him 2,5 years ago to feel less lonely and have someone to <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/cuddle" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>cuddle</span></a>, but he never really seemed to like that. It's probably just because I didn't turn on the heat this winter and it will probably all stop in spring, but at least I got him now. :)</p><p>What were your <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/2023highlights" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>2023highlights</span></a>?</p>
