Some folk measure progress by what they have learned, or gained, or by how they have grown.<br>

Progress is personal, and seeing our progress rarely benefits from the comparison game!<br>

Try to judge YOUR progress by YOUR standards, not those imposed by others. Easier said than done, I know, but it is worth trying to see things that way!<br>
