Whenever I learn a new technique, it takes a few tries to get it right. When something needs redoing, I need to put it down and work on something else for a bit to restore my patience. Sometimes, I get ambitious and start *another* project involving new techniques to work on in the mean time, and so on and so forth.
Anyway, I'm finally making my way through the backlog now. Third time's the charm!

@Artsandsocks One thing I enjoy about socks that you can also learn so many techniques. A new heel, cast on, cast off etc. I decided to knit 2 different socks with the same yarn so that I could learn another heel.

I've seen teeny tiny crochet hooks - 0.6 mm. I've even used them.
But I've never seen #knitting needles of that size. Until today.
I've seen instructions for sock knitting from the late 18hundreds, that suggest to cast on up to 160 sts for one sock. No needle size given, but they are probably in that range ...
