A good read, which may explain why the US is so interested in Taiwan. They’re a decade ahead in chip manufacturing and have an incredibly skilled highly trained workforce.
Ah, I hear you say… Trump wants industry back in the USA, so why don’t the chip companies invest and build their factories in America?
Maybe they would… but a certain crazy right-wing American president has capped immigration so only a limited number of employees can come in.
