CeraMinor progress update again. :) Got the leaking steering box finally sealed and reinstalled. Steering is working again! Then went on to powder coat and bolt down the gas pedal mount and finally installed bunch of plugs and made some lasercut cover plates to cover all the (now) unnecessary holes in the floor. Meanwhile been planning the motor phase connectors and inverter placement. CeraVW original L90D over the pale violet. 😊 I must say I've been surprised by the amount of work related to the paintjob... Sanding, filler, primers.. Ahhhh. I do understand now why it costs so much. 😂 But I wanted to do it myself. I wanted it to look like mine. CeraEngine removal soon followed with pulling out all the rest of the ICE tech which would have no place in the future plans. Gas tank, firewall panels, transmission, shifter rod & linkages, clutch & accelerator cables, fuel lines... All of it got to go!
