Jennifer<p>This has probably been around for a while, but I just saw it at Publix today and got some, Bob's Red Mill egg replacer that cost $4.60 and is the equivalent of 34 eggs. It's made from potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, and psyllium husks. This is for baking and I'm going to try it soon.
