Penny and Patch<p>We've been trying to take decent photos of what's going on with the tadpoles and frogspawn in the pond but it's not going very well 😂 We need the 🌞 to come out and shine through the water! Some of the tadpoles are swimming around, others are still spawn. There's still frogspawn on the plant in the photo. There are several pond skaters moving on the surface. Sue Wood<p>Wildlife pond. I took this video of my pond last summer. It is amazing to think, that 12 months before it was a hole in the garden, filled with a liner and water. It immediately attracted insects; flies, diving beetles and <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/dragonflies" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dragonflies</span></a>. Sue Wood<p>Fox-and-Cubs or orange hawkweed is one of my favourite wildflowers. I grew these from seed and they have made a beautiful display around my wildlife pond.
