Unter Schwarz/Blau I (Schüssel/Haider) hat Innenminister Strasser die <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zusammenlegung_von_Polizei_und_Gendarmerie" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Gendarmerie und Polizei zusammengefasst</a>. Vordergründig argumentiert man im Neoliberalismus mit Effizienz und Bürokratieabbau, aber Zwischen den Zeilen geht es auch um reaktionäres Streamlining. Checks & Balances (und nichts anderes war die Zweigleisigkeit der beiden Exekutiv-Organe, eine Erfahrung aus dem <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Februark%C3%A4mpfe_1934" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Bürgerkrieg in Österreich</a>) werden ausgehebel, damit man möglichst "effizient" agieren kann. "Effizient" heißt auch immer "radikal". Schnell, so dass die Gesellschaft über die Folgen gar nicht lange überlegen und reflektieren kann und vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt wird.</p><p>Seid achtsam.
