If we lose sight of #RightOfReturn as a central cause of #Palestine, then compromises will be made that will keep Palestinians dispossessed. So much of the reason why right of return is being swept under the rug is that it requires Israelis to lose #land. #Apartheid, #occupation, and #genocide all exist to enforce the original #dispossession of the #Nakba. #SouthAfrica is often upheld as a model, but the land there still remained controlled by the colonizers. This is soft #Zionism.

Too many folks don't know or care to understand that #climatejustice, #waterjustice, #genderjustice are interlinked & co-produced in different ways contextually, spatially, temporally. Getting folks to see those linkage is both breathtaking & troubling.
To do this work, I have to discuss first #capitalism #colonialism #imperialism #patriarchy #intersectionality #dispossession etc & how those interact.
Too many rush to study symptoms instead of understand systemic structural factors at play.
