@Tarnport I agree. Also, I just remember that – at least via the main app (look for "Woof Moo" on reliable sources) – you can download a complete stream before listening. That way your internet access doesn't need to be stable while playing.

I love the idea of @WFMU and have discovered a few great shows, but I'm not a radio person and, despite an amazing online presence, their app is pretty terrible, so I've only been a casual listener.

TIL there's a sanctioned "unofficial" app, Woof Moo, that pulls everything together in a slick UI, with easy access to archived streams, and it's completely changed my relationship with the station!
