#Humpday From a muggy day to a cooler dry sunny day. Kengo found a different spot to relax today with a cool breeze.

Thank you to many people who favorited and boosted our post Tuesday. I hope it raised more awareness of the importance of rescuing dogs.

I'm off Thursday till my late afternoon regular Dr checkup, so I didn't quite feel a hump today.

Good morning tooters. It was apparently -2c this morning, but I don’t think it felt like it. At the moment it’s about 6c & heading up to 21, with rain forecast later today & the sky does look quite moody.
I would quite like to go for a walk this morning & I think the rain will hold off, I can’t see anything on the radar anyway. Not that that’s always accurate.
I am slowly going through different cupboards, moving things, getting rid of the unused. The old bread maker has been pulled out & put in the garage for delivery to an op shop or the recycle shop. I’ll ring them later today to see what they take. I moved a small, very narrow bookcase into the laundry for use in there. It’s all quite satisfying changing things & decluttering.

Another long day for me at work, and for Kengo to be inside the house. He knows how to take in the sun to replenish Vitamin D. I cut some discoloring gardenia flowers for home and they are the best natural air freshener!

Good morning tooters. It’s currently around 8c & is heading to a lovely sunshiny 23c & no rain forecast for the coming week - sigh .
It’s my sisters 82nd & my DILs 42nd birthdays today. I have cards ready & will pick up some flowers on the way to visit both of them over the course of the day. First up will be my sister this morning after I’m showered & dressed & my DIL after she’s finished work.
I’m also meeting a friend for lunch & we are deciding between Lebanese or Vietnamese, but as we have decided to eat as a takeout in the nearby park & these places are close to each other we may get bits from both . Decision will be made once we meet up.
With being out & about for quite a bit of the day there will be no formal exercise today, but I don’t mind a break & it’ll be busy enough anyway just enjoying myself .

Good morning tooters. It’s already about 15c this morning & we’re heading to a pleasant sunny 22c. They say there could be a shower or two later but looking at the radar there’s just a tiny rain band up Wagga way - so probably not going to reach here.
I’m about to have a shower & then head out for a walk around the river & enjoy that sun, listen to the birds & the bats across the river & feed my soul.
I refuse to say that I’m going to trim my pittosporums today , but there are small jobs I’d like to get started on outside later - so we’ll see.
Apart from those little things, it will be a quiet-ish day.

Good morning tooting friends. The BOM says it’s 13c & feels like 11c. No, it feels a lot colder due to wind chill. We have had some rain too , not a lot & maybe not much more, but I’ll take it. Heading to a quite nice 20c, but I think with the wind it will feel cooler.
My back is still touchy, but I’m getting around a lot better today which is good. I wanted to go for a walk & I may still, but it will be a little later. I think I should do an other exercise routine to further help my back. Got to get it moving better so it doesn’t stiffen up on me. I also have the old freezer to deal with, a friend has professed interest in it to put in her garage. So it needs a good clean, moved & replaced with the little chest freezer. Luckily both old & new freezers are light.
So that’s today’s plans, not a lot, but enough.

Good morning tooters. Another sleep in for me today & while I’m still a little itchy, I slept quite well. The non drowsy Claratyne doesn’t stop me from sleeping, it actually helps as it aids in lessening the itch. I feel pretty well rested & as I have no major morning jobs I think I’ll take myself off for a walk once I’ve finished my brekky of omelette & coffee.
It’s currently 20c & will be reaching 27c today, so still fairly warm for this time of year but very nice. I fed my sourdough starter this morning as well & that means there will be fresh bread on the agenda by tomorrow or maybe the next day - fingers crossed . I fed my kefir yesterday & that is still not fully awake either & should finish its ferment today.
