Our next spotlight is on number 522 on The List, submitted by swordgeek. Though she has had to put up with a lot of shit in her own home province (and abroad) for being vegetarian and for coming out as a lesbian, k.d. lang is now rightfully regarded as a Canadian icon. This album, lang's 6th, is a tribute to Canada and other Canadian icons.
