WeActBetrieb der Bäderbahn auch nach 2030 sicherstellen!Die Bäderbahn mit der RB85 ist eine der meistgenutzten Regionalbahnstrecken in Schleswig-Holstein. Im Jahre 2023 wurde sie laut Zahlen des Verkehrsverbundes nah.sh von mehr als 1,4 Mio. Fahrgästen benutzt.
Für die Menschen in Timmendorfer Strand, Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf und Neustadt ist die bestehende Bahnstrecke die schnellste Verbindung zwischen den Orten sowie in die nahe Großstadt Lübeck – eine wichtige Pendelstrecke.

Nous, citoyennes et citoyens attaché·es à la santé publique, aux droits fondamentaux reproductifs des individus, et au respect des engagements humanitaires de la France, vous adressons cette pétition pour vous demander solennellement d’intervenir contre la destruction annoncée, sur le sol français, de près de 10 millions de dollars de contraceptifs, initialement destinés à des programmes de santé reproductive dans des pays à faibles revenus.
Selon des sources concordantes (Washington Post, Reuters, 20 Minutes), ces contraceptifs (pilules, implants, stérilets, injectables), financés par l’Agence américaine pour le développement international (USAID), ne sont ni périmés ni inutilisables. Ils sont simplement devenus indésirables aux yeux de la nouvelle administration américaine, pour des raisons idéologiques et non sanitaires. Les produits sont actuellement stockés en Belgique, mais leur destruction est prévue en France, à travers une entreprise d’incinération localisée sur notre territoire.
Or, plusieurs organisations non gouvernementales majeures — parmi lesquelles Médecins Sans Frontières, IPPF, MSI Reproductive Choices ou encore l’UNFPA — se sont proposées pour récupérer et redistribuer ces stocks, à leurs frais, vers les bénéficiaires initialement ciblés : des femmes vivant dans des contextes de grande précarité et à risque vital en cas de grossesse non désirée.
Malgré cela, les États-Unis ont opposé un refus catégorique, choisissant la destruction, avec un coût logistique estimé à 167 000 dollars, plutôt que la redistribution humanitaire.
Nous demandons que la France ne se rende pas complice de cette décision idéologiquement motivée, contraire aux principes fondamentaux de solidarité, de santé publique et de droits des femmes que notre pays défend.
Concrètement, nous vous demandons :
D’interpeller le gouvernement français sur cette destruction annoncée sur notre territoire.
De tout mettre en œuvre pour empêcher cette incinération sur le sol français ET EUROPÉEN.
De proposer une solution alternative en coordination avec les ONG concernées pour permettre le transfert sécurisé et humanitaire des contraceptifs vers les bénéficiaires.
Il ne s’agit pas ici d’un désaccord diplomatique secondaire.
Il s’agit de la santé, de la dignité et de la vie de centaines de milliers de femmes.
Il s’agit aussi de l’image de la France, pays des droits humains, qui ne peut accepter sur son territoire la destruction volontaire de médicaments utiles contre l’avis même du monde médical et humanitaire.
La représentation nationale ne peut rester silencieuse.
