Just a reminder for after #Harris wins the presidency. The folks claiming now that #Roe needs to be codified are going to have caveats. And nobody is talking about the details yet. What about the the #Casey decision? What about the #HydeAmendment?

The court, however, sent the case back to a lower court on the question of whether the state’s -#Constitution protects a right to #privacy, & whether that right encompasses #abortion, which Judge McBurney decided on.
