Sub-genre of metal that peaked in the 1980s - bands with big hair. They were frequently the smiling-fool kind of thing, so an alternate nickname was "teeth metal". Basically the metal that was the illegitimate child of glam and original heavy metal.
Van Halen, Poison, Motley Crue, Slade, other stuff.
Trying to make Doom WADs again for the first time for a specialized purpose. I miss using wintex from my teenage years. I guess I need to read some SLADE3 tutorials to see why Doom is crashing with "Bad V_DrawPatch"
I guess maybe I should try Boom as well?
I know GZDoom exists but something about it rubs me wrong. Scripting and free look feels wrong for Doom. Go play Duke Nukem if you want scripting
