Give me an offer that is even remotely competitive!" more than once…

Auch wenn bei mir ab #CMTS alle direkt ne Sternverkabelung haben (keine Ahnung warum nicht direkt #Faser gelegt wurde, wahrscheinlich weil seinerzeit #Unitymedia nur #Koax selbst zahlen wollte und damals #Gestattungsvertrag über 25 Jahre flexte) so sind z.B. die #TV & #Radio-Inhalte für die meisten gleich aufgelegt.
Das Problem dürfte daher bei irgendwelchen Nachbarn sein die irgendeinen Mist an die Koax-Buchse stecken!
So oder so wär's sinnvoll wenn's wenigstens Berührungsschutz gäbe und sei's eine auf die F-Buchsen aufschraubbare Abdeckung vgl. Herdanschluss...
@diwou meine #Fritzbox Version ist dir #6490 von #Vodafone (ehemalige #Unitymedia). Beim update der Firmware durch den Anbieter wurde #wireguard rausgepatcht. Ich meinte zu lesen dass es in der offiziellen Firmware von AVM es Bestandteil ist. Naja meine Fritte kann kann es nicht.

Telekom und andere Kabelanbieter hatten wegen der Übernahme von Unitymedia durch Vodafone gegen die EU-Kommission geklagt. Der EuGH hat die Klagen abgewiesen.

If it was my decision as @kartellamt@social.bund.de would've banned #Vodafone from buying #KabelDeutschland and #Unitymedia because since the latter one was absorbed, I've had to fight tooth and nail to have them follow through their #SLAs and I've to still get them to refund me as per contract...
The situation seemingly improved once I threatened to conolain at @BNetzA and seek legal advice as a matter of principle!
@getimiskon @Miyokaya to add insult to injury, #Vodafone decided they don't want to honour their own contract terms and #SLA anymore and I'll now have to escalate this to @BNetzA because I'm confident @verbraucherzentrale_nrw won't take my case as it's a "Business Contract" and thus they ain't responsonsible...
Serioisly, whoever at @kartellamt@social.bund.de / @bmdv & @EU_Commission allowed #Vodafone to buy up #KabelDeutschland and espechally #Unitymedia should be forced to suffer their unbearably bad #CustomerService knowing that Unitymedia was good - not perfect, but they actually gave a shit and followed their terms!
The problem is that this isn't like 3-4 digit p.m. contract so it's not expensive enough to taks a lawyer to actually sent them a cease and decist and enforce the contract terms (meaning until they fulfill their parts I get my pay reimbursed)...
