It seems I will indeed have to redo my grading spreadsheet, draft pattern, and knitting. But, better to act on this now, than to end up with a sweater that does not fit as intended. To be continued!

Here, you can see the patterning taking shape. Aren't those wrapped stitches lovely?! However, I may have to work this piece all over again, because swatches are lying liars

With an asymmetrical triangle, 150 g of fingering weight yarn typically makes a good-sized shawl. I have 200 g, so I need to ensure it doesn't get too big. I'll use self-striping for about 50 g, then switch to a lace pattern with the solid purple
I've knit a couple of more rows, the patterning is starting to show a bit better. I really love the kinds of patterning that give an undulating edge because of those strategically placed increases and decreases! 
On this project, I did not do that much knitting these past few weeks. Still, with a couple of rows here and there, a project slowly grows

It has been a while since I posted an update on my bubble stitch La Rentrée sweater. I’ve finished the first sleeve, and started the second. I may also redo the rolled border on the body, I think I’d like it a couple of rounds deeper as in the sleeves

I did not like the fabric with 4 mm needles, so I cast on again with 3.5 mm. Much better!
