Just tasted my Aji Charapita for the first time. Holy Shit Batman! I didn’t expect such a kick. But it is gooood!
It is a plant that survived, barely, from last year. Didn’t get any chilis on it last year and I assumed it would by like my rocoto and the Chile Tepin I grew in the US - and would grow even more the 2nd, 3rd years and beyond. Not so it seems
