Revolutionary syndicalism rejects bosses and rigid hierarchies, proving that the working-class can run things themselves collectively.
I actually like working, but it’s frustrating to see others get rich from my effort while I do the labor. That imbalance feels extremly wrong.
The idea of genuine democracy and shared management in the workplace offers a real alternative, where decisions are made collectively and power isn’t concentrated at the top.
What I’m trying to say is that I actually enjoy working, but not when others profit from my labor under rigid hierarchies. I want real worker self-management and direct democracy, not some boss bossing me around, if that makes sense.
I'm #ActuallyAutistic, and I hope I made my point clear with this post!
