Yesterday, community members from Xalpatláhuac, San Luis Acatlán, and Tlapa blockaded the road in front of the federal court building in Acapulco to demand the release of five members of the community police who were arrested by the National Guard last week.
Mexico's National Guard detained five members of the community police [distinct from the ACAB variety] from the Indigenous community of Xalpatláhuac, Guerrero last Monday.
"These acts of repression and persecution are neither isolated nor spontaneous, we consider that they are part of a governmental strategy of persecution against Indigenous and Afro-Mexican peoples who exercise our self-determination and autonomy to provide security, justice and re-education in our communities and to make our territories a space of peace and harmony for our people."

Die Drogen würden auch in Süßigkeiten beigemischt, die von Gruppen der organisierten #Kriminalität an #Minderjährige verkauft werden, um sie süchtig zu machen. "In einigen Fällen hat dieser versehentliche Konsum bereits zu Todesfällen durch #Überdosis geführt", schreibt Tlachinollan.
Das wahre Ausmaß des #Drogenproblems wird oft erst spät erkannt. Der "Regionale Rat der Agrarbehörden zur Verteidigung des Berggebiets" (#CRAADET) hat zwar erste Treffen organisiert, auf denen Maßnahmen beschlossen wurden, um das Fentanyl-Vertriebsnetz in der verarmten Region einzudämmen. Doch über die Drogenproblematik zu diskutieren, ist nicht ungefährlich, da das organisierte #Verbrechen die Gemeinden infiltriert hat. Die lokalen Behörden zögern, gegen Kriminelle vorzugehen, da sie dadurch zur Zielscheibe von Gewalt werden.
