Mike 🇬🇧 🇪🇺<p>Thanks to <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://social.treehouse.systems/@CallMeWeezy" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>CallMeWeezy</span></a></span> and <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.online/@kel" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>kel</span></a></span> for suggestions for moving towards a more analogue life.</p><p>I've ordered a Travellers Notebook knock-off (fauxdori seems to be the word!) rather than getting hit by the expensive original. I might invest later.</p><p>I've already started keeping a list of jobs that need doing (I'm not sure it counts as a to do list) in a paper notebook - dumping it all onto paper is already having mental benefits as I can stop obsessing about what needs doing. I'll transfer this to the new notebook when it arrives.</p><p>My wife approves of the move to pen & paper for the travel plans because she's always been concerned about not being able to access information while we're away and if I get incapacitated (she's never mentioned this fear before, but it's been worrying her).</p><p>So - all good stuff so far. It just needs a changed mindset from me!</p><p><a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/analogue" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>analogue</span></a> <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/noteTaking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>noteTaking</span></a> <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/notebooks" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>notebooks</span></a> <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/fauxdori" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fauxdori</span></a></p>
