Update: Fab blocked the new store page and pricing changes, but then published the content update submitted with it **thus selling the new product at the old price**. #gamedev #unrealengine

This is so blatantly *NOT OK*. Every sale on Fab right now is Epic selling my content at a reduced price I have no control over while the sanction is in place, and everyone at Epic is on a global two week vacation so I can't get in touch with anyone.

For the "capital" city in my MMO game I went with a castle!

Every single building in this game can be entered and has furniture etc

At least all non-player build structures 😉 It's up to the players what they want ofc

Still a load of work left but it's getting shape

If you need an example on why Fab is absolutely toxic for #unrealengine creators: EOS Online Framework, which has been on the Marketplace since 2020, just got hit with a sanction on submission of the new update. #gamedev

"Infringing or Unauthorized Content" - OK, which part? No details. No idea what is wrong. No explanation of why there's now an issue and hasn't been for the last 5 years.

Just an awful experience all round.

Pretty happy with the result so far!

Player performs a task, gets XP, levels up and can spend skill point and recipe points

Skill points boost HP, stamina, food and water

Recipe points unlock crafting recipes according to level or lower

Currently have 3 tier example for hatchet and pick axes, (common, rare and epic)

It all fully works on dedicated server, Peer-to-Peer and offline! 💪

As a player, I’m more of a solo gamer. Competition doesn't interest me, I consume games like films. What I’m looking for is a story that pulls me in and immerses me in a world.
